Positioned upriver from the city, Tivoli Docks remains a strategic cargo and construction site. It’s well-suited for crew transfers, safety boat cover, and marine support linked to ongoing port development and logistics.

A developing industrial hub across from Cobh, Marino Point offers long berthing options and deepwater access. Commonly used for bulk transport, it’s a growing site for marine construction, surveys, and barge support.

This small but practical pier sits near Crosshaven and offers access to sheltered waters. It's perfect for light crew movements, environmental surveys, or supporting nearby shoreline projects and installations.

A historic and strategic site in the middle of Cork Harbour, Spike Island is often used for heritage tourism but also hosts occasional infrastructure works. Ideal for short-term anchorage, survey landings, and marine monitoring projects.
